My water tank sprung a leak and I had water in my basement. I knew that I needed a new water tank. I contacted Mulco and they immediately sent over someone to assess what needed to be done. The next day four men came to start the process, starting early in the morning as they promised. Mulco has serviced our second home plumbing needs with excellent reliable, fair priced service for several years. But, recently-one of their workers did something wrong accidentally-costing us replacement money that we only realized seven months later. They checked the damage and immediately accepted full Responsibility and made a 100% fix of the problem. I just found Mulco online but see their trucks all over when driving. I had a couple of clogged drains and called to get them unclogged. They came the same day and found that I had a "main line stoppage". They cleared it and everything has been working better than before! I highly recommend Mulco. My invoice was very fair and everyone I dealt with, including the guys that came to my house, were extremely nice and explained everything. They now have a lifelong customer! Thanks Mulco!
Hired them to replace 4 Google nest thermostats with ecobee that I supplied. Claimed it took 3 hrs + a $250 service fee. One of them wasn't working called them back the next day. Apparently the tech wired it wrong also told me I needed a new damper. Mine was only 7 years old. Asked him the cost he said a couple a hundred dollars. He game back installed the damper then with ever seeing a bill charged my credit card $1864.00.
