I would like to amend my previous review. After several conversations with Mulco, we were able to arrive at a mutually agreeable solution. Mulco reordered my HVAC compressor and repaired the system satisfactorily. I am appreciative of their services. I look forward to working with them in the future.
I had a deeply disappointing experience with Mulco Inc. I paid $14,500 for an HVAC system that was explicitly represented as a dual-function heating and cooling unit. Within a month, the cooling stopped working, and the heating never functioned at all. An independent HVAC technician later confirmed that the system does not provide heating functionality and is completely non-operational. The work had safety issues and code violations. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.
They came right away and fixed our problem very nice people
Mulco is fast, honest, knowledgeable, professional and polite. They did great work on two different plumbing projects for me. On both occasions, I was out of town and they met my brother at the house in a timely manner and solved our issues. I highly recommend to all.
