Hired them to replace 4 Google nest thermostats with ecobee that I supplied. Claimed it took 3 hrs + a $250 service fee. One of them wasn't working called them back the next day. Apparently the tech wired it wrong also told me I needed a new damper. Mine was only 7 years old. Asked him the cost he said a couple a hundred dollars. I would like to amend my previous review. After several conversations with Mulco, we were able to arrive at a mutually agreeable solution. Mulco reordered my HVAC compressor and repaired the system satisfactorily. I am appreciative of their services. I look forward to working with them in the future.
I had a deeply disappointing experience with Mulco Inc. I paid $14,500 for an HVAC system that was explicitly represented as a dual-function heating and cooling unit. Within a month, the cooling stopped working, and the heating never functioned at all. An independent HVAC technician later confirmed that the system does not provide heating functionality and is completely non-operational. The work had safety issues and code violations. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.
