This is review #3 as they keep getting reported, so I will keep it as un reportable and truthful as possible. I paid $41,103.46 for my Mulch Mate DS1000 out the door. It didnt hold up to my expectations or quality I would expect from a machine at that price point. I have had consistent issues with reliability and consistency of the machine. My first review i guess instead of addressing they reported it as fake and got it deleted so im reposting it and just making it simpler. The ds1000 is a absolute piece of junk. A $41,103.46 piece of junk. I wish I spent the extra money and bought a mulch mule. The owners do not support their products once they leave their facility. Their warranty is meaningless when they sell you a brand new machine for 41.1k and refuse to send a mechanic to fix it when it fails fresh off the pallet. Just overall have had a very unsatisfied experience with my mulch mate ds1000. I picked it up in the early fall/late summer of 2024 and paid $42,000 for it and put it in storage as we didnt need it till the spring rush. Spring rolled around and we had some issues mounting it after we gave width measurements at pickup to confirm fitment but it didnt work. Paid $1,100 in fabricating to get it on the trailer for my mandatory demo for workers comp somewhere around the first week of May(Ohio workers comp funded a portion of this ... read more
