Shoddy crew doing stuff you will end up hiring someone else to fix.
Had a terrible and expensive experience with Mulch King and Jess. Poorly transplanted 51 trees and 48 of them died. Jess led me on for over a year that he would do something about them but never checked on them or did anything. Claimed they died of the blight and from nothing he did. Had an arborist examine my dead trees and the main factors for their death was 1. No root balls. 2. Buried too deep 3. Too much dirt over the root flare 4. Didn't remove burlap sacs 5. I have gotten mulch at the King several times over the years. They are always polite, deliver my order quickly and the mulch is always high quality. Highly recommend their services.
