Absolutely awful!! Had a delivery of cut wood to our house today and requested the wood be dropped off at the end of our narrow driveway. Instead of carefully negotiating her way past trees and shrubs, the truck driver ripped through our mature Japanese maple breaking several large branches off! She then scraped her truck along the side of a tall maple tree and pulled the bark off in several locations. On top of that, she repeatedly screamed at my husband using profanity. Totally unhinged! Easy to order online and delivery date was confirmed within a day or two. The delivery man was very friendly and did his best to make sure the load was dropped where i wanted it. He called to let me know when he was 20 min. away from my home. I appreciated that!
Prompt delivery - good service from M&S. The mulch itself had a fair amount of trash in it and the 5yd load seemed a little short. I recognize they only estimate but for the price ($275) would have liked a little more.
Cannot thank Mulch and Stone LLC enough for working overtime to get me the delivery that I needed. I live up in the mountains and the first 2 attempts at delivery (20-ton truck load) couldn't make it up the hill to my house. That didn't stop Keondra at Mulch and Stone who worked tirelessly to get my order (25 tons total of Crush and Run) delivered to my house in multiple (lighter) trucks in time for the weekend so I can work on my driveway.
