Being a homeowner, I was highly satisfied with the repair work Matthew Mulcahy from Mulcahy Ceiling & Drywall did for me. He kept me updated throughout all 4 repairs jobs and the finished work was top-notch.
I had 30 year old ceiling water damage running the length of my kitchen, some areas needed drywall replacement and others needed attention and more easily repaired. Matt was able analyze where the problems were and what needed to be done and not any more than what needed to be done. Matt did a fantastic job removing a 100-year old ceiling and replacing it with a new drywall one. It turned out beautifully! He did the job in 4 days, showed up time, returned calls promptly, and charged a reasonable price. I recommend him highly!
