I brought a wedding dress to Mulberry’s for dry cleaning. Upon return of the dress and careful inspection, my wife discovered the original train loop had been damaged and replaced with a new one that was poorly installed. In addition, the original bust piece that came with the dress had been replaced with a piece of flimsy cardboard and a separate hanger. I would not recommend Mulberry’s for anything important and regret taking my business there.
I tried to go in as a referral from my daughter. That was not done correctly so make sure to have them do it correctly or you miss out on referral promo. But the thank you card with a coupon was adorable. Service was great. Definitely using this service for dry cleaning needs
This was my first time and I will definitely be going back whenever I need a service they provide. The inside of the business is very clean, comfortable, and cute. Both associates I worked with were extremely nice. My item was a pretty big fancy blanket and the cost was only $25 to dry clean which I was happy about. Quick and use little to no chemicals. Clothes turn out great. Also some sewing and repair is also available.
