Most of the patients who come into my Mulberry Street office have no clear idea of what we can do for them. A few have even been so upset by the condition of their teeth that they've stopped smiling. But once we show them what we've done for people with even worse oral problems, they begin to understand what's possible. That reaction is often the first smile we get.
