Rip off business like most of the vets in the UK, the dog had an ear infection. So booked a consultation, which should be 60£ , but in the end I had to pay over 150£, because there was a consultation that i booked and another consultation about ear infection, so we had two of them in 15 minutes, time. and of course, antibiotics, which are overpriced around 10£ more than anywhere online. If you want Gold Standard healthcare for your pets Mulberry House Vets are the ones to entrust your loved fur babies. They have been amazing from the moment we got our kitten. I feel she is in safe hands whenever we’ve been for a check up. The wonderful team go above and beyond the call of duty are the most compassionate and loving I have come across. If you’re looking for a vet second to none you will find that with Mulberry Vets. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
I'm an owner of a very nervous dog and I have used several vets in the past. All have been good at their job, but Mulberry outshine every vet I have ever used when it comes to how understanding they are with nervous animals. They are amazing with my dog and have gone the extra mile in the past by letting us use a "back" entrance so that my dog didn't have to go into a busy waiting room.
