Adorable place. Great for Mother’s Day, Girls Lunch or any reason to have a tea party. Great atmosphere and staff. Nice selection of tea and sandwiches. Adorable kids tea choices. Scones are a little more dense than I am used to. Clotted cream and lemon curd is an extra charge.
DO NOT TRUST FOR PRIVATE EVENT CATERING. I booked my event with them 2 months ago. They were quick to send me the catering info and sign me on. It was clearly communicated to me that I am booked for June 1 by the manager (Jessica). However, after COUNTLESS attempts to discuss details by email, I was finally answered by owner (JENNA) one month later that the date was not booked with her?? NO SHOWED to my event. Ordered catering from them over 2 months in advance and was fully confirmed by Jenna the Owner. They NO SHOWED to my event. I called and no one answered or called me back. I emailed and no one responded. I had to scramble to order last minute food to feed the entire event I was hosting. I still have not heard back from them. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Do NOT trust them with your event.
