What an incredible experience! The showroom is stunning, bright and spacious. From the moment I walked in the staff were friendly, knowledgable and very patient with me. The quality of the toppers and wigs in top notch, the hair is so soft and fine, which in my opinion made it easier to blend with my own "fine" hair. the best part?! No sales pressure, which enhanced my experience to choose a piece I truly love. Highly recommend Mulberry and their team!

I attended their Vancouver Pop Up Shop and was very impressed with the excellent customer Service, communication and selection. Sorina is an absolute gem to work with. Great communication and patience. If you are thinking about a Hair Topper, Halo, etc this is the place I would recommend. Only wish they had a shop in Vancouver!
I have been working with Leanne and she is amazing! I went for my initial in person consultation and she made me feel SO comfortable. She really listened to my concerns plus gave me some great recommendations. I will provide another follow up review with photos once I receive my custom topper that she has ordered but I wanted to share my terrific first experience in the meantime. Worst hair ever!!! Bought 2 halos just under $400.00 a piece.. The hair would tangle up and eventually form a ball in the back of my head.. Was not half hour on my head before it would bunch up again, had to start carrying a brush with me at all times... I Called and complained several times, they offered to shampoo it and treat it with special products, I complied and would run to they're most inconvenient location on Yorkville..
