It was a horrible place.nothing ever got fixed. There curtains were broke for 8 months the whole time they lived there. TV never got hooked up for 3 weeks till they were living in it. Memory care is even worse. When dad wanted to see mom in memory care sometimes he had to wait 10 min. Before letting him in. Mom fell out of wheel chair a few times and dad had actually yelled at someone to come and pick her up. Summit Woods has the BEST residents and staff! I just love working there!
My mom moved into VIllage Pointe Commons in the summer of 2017. She is truly enjoying her new living quarters after months of NOT wanting to move. Judy and staff are amazing and truly engage with all the tenants. They have a great social calendar and organized activities on a regular basis. The meal program, pool, housekeeping and friendly staff truly have made this transition easier for my mom. Thanks Judy and staff for all you do!
