I’m from Ohio and had a great niece born in Elizabethtown, Kentucky and wanted to send flowers from a local florist and support a brick and mortar business and they did not disappoint! I ask for a butterfly pick to be placed in the flowers and explained that my momma who passed loved butterflies so I always have a butterfly pick put in flowers when sending to family to honor my momma as a reminder of how much she loved her family. They made a beautiful bouquet and boutonniere for me and my husband in and watched them make it in a short amount of time. The bouquet I asked for was sunflowers roses and babies breath (sunflower was a nickname of mine roses were a symbol of sister who past away when I was young) they did amazing 👏
I had flowers, a wreath and plants sent for my mom’s memorial service and they were absolutely beautiful. Tobe was so compassionate and helpful walking me through this very difficult time. I am forever grateful and HIGHLY recommend Mulberry Florist for ALL of your floral needs.
I ordered flowers through FTD, this floral shop delivered the arrangement which looked nothing like selected item. The flowers arrived dying! I contacted FTD and this place was supposed to redeliver but failed! I was trying to send my aunt a beautiful arrangement for her birthday but instead she got an arrangement that looked overcrowded, flowers placed poorly and dying flowers! Very disappointed!!!
I received flowers for Mother’s Day from my son and the roses never bloomed. I told him to never order from them again it appeared they just bunch flowers together and stuffed in a Vase. No ribbon no babies breath just tacky. I called as instructed by Mulberry Florist, I apologize for not getting her name, however the lady made me a new arrangement of flowers and they are beautiful thank you for making it right and being so kind. Thank you again
