If my experience had been based on just last week's visit I would have rated them a 5 but that's not the case. The antibiotics didn't get rid of my abscess. So I called asking for another round of ANTIBIOTICS....NOT pain medication. I explained that I had forgotten to inform them I'm a bariatric patient and that food, vitamins, minerals, and medicine pass through my system quickly. All the staff is caring and has excellent bedside manner. The hygienist, Brittany is excellent. Dr Neumeier is a great dentist, she is gentle and works with your current situation. Everyone else, is pleasant and most helpful.

I highly recommend Mulberry Family Dental. This dental office is amazing. Dr. Neumeier is the gentlest dentist and her assistant , Terri I have ever had. They work very well together. Dr. Neumeier explained throughout the process and made sure I was comfortable. Brittney is a great hygienist. So if you need a teeth cleaning or anything more than that I suggest making an appointment with them. Misty is the person who will greet you. She is knowledgeable and friendly.
