Terrible neighbor! My mom moved in next door I was parked outside her place and was told to move because it’s their lot despite there being no signs anywhere near where I was. Even though I was just unloading for a few minutes he made me move. I even got married in mulberry art studios and have known April for years. Could had been nice and let me unload for a few minutes but chose to be a terrible neighbor instead. Not a huge fan of the ownerships style of management. There’s a very creepy guy that’s very aggressive to clients when touring the studio. His name is Carlos and he’s extremely rude. I understand this build has been mistreated many times, but I don’t think quality clients should need to suffer due to someone’s else’s irresponsibility. My suggestion for improvement would be to screen people before allowing them to rent the space.
