This is a note to the business owner. I been coming here for years. You do not run your place well. Your staff is overworked and probably underpaid. I’ve had a new stylist about 5 times in a year bc you can’t retain staff. The staff works as hard as they can they are great. You don’t train your people you probably just expect them to perform. I will never be coming back here. And if you’re someone that wants a place long term this place is probably not your long term option.

我今天打电话预约了染发根，因为我白发很多，基本每个月都要补一次发根，3-4个月整头染一次加修剪一次，电话里告知55补发根，到达后告诉我70.来都来了补吧，上了发膏等待，然后冲洗，之后吹干，问我剪不剪，我是齐肩发，一个月前才修剪过，所以没有剪，结账时被告知需要100美金，我很惊讶问另外30是什么，店员告诉我是吹头发的费用，来美国十几年，大大小小理发店去了几十家，没有一家因为你染个头发或是剪个头发后吹干要求另外支付30美金，没有做任何造型，也没有被告知头发吹干需要另外付费，本着支持亚裔企业，没想到反被亚裔给宰了，做生意赚钱理解，但这种明抢行为还是第一次碰见，如果一家企业想做大做强，你得向顾客讲明消费项目和金额，他们为了多收30美金而失去了一个长期的顾客。

Absolutely love the way they leave my hair. Hui did my hair both times I have been here and he did an amazing job. Will definitely recommend and will be back soon.

Went here for the first time—i have thick asian hair that takes a lot of detail and style and they delivered! staff was very nice and attentive and i was in and out in 1hour. I will definitely be coming back!! make sure to bring picture inspo because my stylist was extremely nice and cut and did my hair according to the picture!!
