My husband and I have gone here for our anniversary for the last three years. Our last two experiences were very nice. Our third, today, was not. 1. They didn’t have power. Not their fault, but they should have let us know so we could choose if we wanted to reschedule. I recently booked a couple's massage two weeks in advance, looking forward to a relaxing experience with my partner. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. Upon arrival, the front desk staff didn’t speak English, which led to a significant communication barrier.
