Service person was nice but they charge an arm and a leg to slide a plastic page between the doorjamb and lock to open my door.

Super disappointed in this vendor. I placed an order and it was cancelled by the fraud department without notifying me... No apology, just a reply after I reached out to find about the order in which they replied that I had to try again and pay with, and have it delivered to, a paypal verified address. Not practical, and terrible service.
