Travlers workmans comp had never had me have the first test on my arm when they sent me to him. By the time that I left my arm was three times the size that the “normal swelling” is. He was rude, did not listen and made things worse for me. Once they got the first test done months later he ran with just the nerve test and said go back with no limitations. This guy doesn't deserve a single star!!! I got there the office was closed. They showed up 10 minutes before my appointment time! He never checked what I told him I was there for the whole thing took 10 minutes. Mean while 3 days before I seen him was scheduled for another MRI and then to go to a orthopedic surgeon. But after this quack sent his report to comp the denied everything an shut off my comp but still can't return to work an everything falling on me to pay for ! Avoid this guy at all costs. Company made me go to him 2 times. He gave me 0 PPD on my back, 2 years later the board overturned it to 8% which was the maximum for my case. He said I had, at worst, mild carpal tunnel. After my EMG, I was diagnosed with severe. You will waist your time and delay getting necessary, compensable treatment. I will be reporting him and suggest everyone else do the same. The system in West Virginia is deeply flawed. I had no idea what to expect and was super nervous going in. But staff was very friendly and professional and the Dr was very thorough and took his time. The report they sent me was very detailed and explained everything. I guess if there's any complaint it's that the building is a little bit hard to find. But overall very satisfied with my visit.
