Dr. Naik has been accepting monthly payments from my HMO in order to be my primary care physician, however, Tonya refuses to allow me to make an appointment saying I am a new patient even though his office is accepting money from my insurance. I find Tonya to be a very unprofessional office person and she lied to me, my husband and my insurance company. I'm almost glad I cannot get in to see him, I am pretty sure I don't want to be a patient of his. Filed complaint today with the state of CA!
The turnover in office staff is ridiculous. Never the same staff each time you visit. Can't see Dr Naik because he's only there 4 hours a week. Can't get an appt when you're sick. Changing doctor's.
