I can’t rate him as a doctor but I CAN rate his character. He hit my husband in an auto accident and lied saying my husband hit him! Thank God we had a witness! If a doctor will lie about something like that, I sure wouldn’t want him performing on me knowing my life is in his hands! It speaks volumes about his character!
