We as a small salon have been with muk since the very start. We are so disappointed with the service and the lack of communication in recent years. Is it because we are just a small salon or does muk just not care. We have been waiting for some stock for 3 months now and were even told last week that the stock left head office last Thursday. I was introduced to Muk in 2021 and I totally fell in love with the product, it was not that easy I needed a total mind shift but also because I came from a strong kerastase back grown. I started using muk 8 months ago on recommendation from my hairdresser. After bariatric surgery I was losing handfuls of hair, and what hair I had left was dry, brittle and very damaged. My hairdresser recommended the muk ultra soft, and to go from washing every second day to twice a week ( one condition and one deep condition a week). 8 months on my hair feels better than it ever did.
