Fantastic customer service and they arrived exactly when they said they would. They were very fairly priced. I would definitely recommend.
I have been having problems with the water not being soft. So, I called 3 companies to come out and take a look at the softening system. The first company said it was a disposable unit and it was $1390 to replace it. The second company said it was a disposable unit and it was $1600 to replace it. The third company was Muir's. He looked at the unit, said it was a disposable unit but asked questions and took the covers off. He set the unit to run, and told me it was working as it should.
