Booked the Rio in a few days prior. Turn up and firstly can't find the paperwork so we stuffed around for a while. Then a day after we called 2 times to get a status update on the car to no avail. Then on the third attempt we got through. Car fixed and the keys are left in the car to pick it up over the weekend. Go to pickup the car - can't find the keys. No information.
