I have been with Muirhead for 4 years now (going into my 5th year) as a renter, they have been so easy to work with and very prompt with repairs and maintenance. I recently had to move from the property I was in for a larger place, Steph and Benson were VERY helpful with the entire process and even helped me find a property to move to. Even though I had to break my lease they did everything possible to minimise my break lease fees and make the move as smooth as possible. Highly recommend these wonderful people.

I have been with Muirhead Property Management for the past 5 years. I can not recommend them more highly. As an interstate investor with a number of newly build units to rent, they made the process easy for me. They chose quality tenants and are very professional with correspondence and inspections. They go above and beyond. Prue, Andy, Benson and Steph all have assisted in ensuring my investment units are well maintained and working hard for me with good returns. Prue and Andy from Muirhead Property Management are the best property managers we have ever dealt with and we have had some which were definitely not that? They are consistently professional and so friendly with us and our tenants, and go above and beyond in every way! We feel confident in recommending them and their whole team and do so often, because they genuinely care and that really comes across. Thanks guys, keep up the amazing work.

One thing I’ve learnt is that you must Do your research on your agents! Pls do a proper google on Andy. I had a bad feeling about this guy first time we inspected. He was whispering in a corner with his son and smirking at questions thrown his way. Very arrogant and disrespectful. Read further reviews below but I second the bad comments out here. After reading the glowing reviews below, it is a little hard to find something novel to write about the team at Muirhead Property Management, but I will give it a go! We've been Muirhead tenants for nearly two and a half years and they have been nothing but helpful, respectful, honest and efficient throughout that entire time.
