Excellent customer service with my technical enquiries. Sam was very helpful and helped solve all the issues with my old Muir anchor winch.
I sent an email to their support address, within half and hour Dave called me from Muir NSW, he went through my issue and also provided me great advice regarding anchoring. Service was 10/10
