Yeah this place is a dump. people hanging out in the parking lot drinking and doing drugs. everyone is rude they just stare at you the whole time when your walking from your car to your place. my wife is scared to walk in the parking lot by herself day or night. your car will get trashed cause no one gives a f. a resident sells tires out of there apartment and stores them in abandoned cars in the parking lot. stay away from this place pay a little more to live somewhere else. the quality of living here is poor.
The management at muir park condos are the most unintelligent group of people I have ever met. When we moved in the place was still a mess. The carpets were dirty and there was mold all over in the bathroom. They were supposed to come and clean it but never did, even after several calls. In fact when ever something breaks, and it does all the time, it takes several calls before they even get back to you. Sometimes they don't respond at all.
