Honestly horrible experience Management nor the company cares for the maintenance and problems of the tenants There is mice problems and dog poop everywhere and management does nothing about it ! A lot of tenants have repairs they have been needing for YEARS ! And neither old management or the new manager do nothing about it All they want is for people who have lived here for time leave so they can “renovate” and charge new tenants more ! Tenants report mice and they Ignore it! Discovered mice in apartment, their somehow coming through behind stove. Also mice eating dog food out of dog bowl and eating holes through dog food bag too. Found mice in stove. Disgusting! My friend and the dog can potentially become very sick. There's disease from mice and droppings! Reported to manager, Angelica, on site. She NEVER took any action. The experience was short lasting, terrible experience. My place had a water leak right in the dining room. They refuse to move me to a different unit. Or be responsible for my pge bills which range in the almost 600 dollars. Due to the leak that was causing to use hot water. Refused to let me break the lease right away after our misfortune. Said that I needed to give a 30 day notice. I finally moved to the Crest in pleasant hill. Right away notice the difference in my pge bill only a hundred dollars. The first month. Just moved here and honestly no complaints i love the area and the neighbors very nice
I lived there for 2 years. My biggest complaint is plumbing. Its horrible. Other maintenance issues are patch work. The walls are paper thin. My neighbors were great but I can't say that for everyone. I've seen some things and heard some things about neighbors. The manager, she is nice at first then she becomes irritable. I don't know if it was something personal or if that is just how she is. Overall, its not the worst but I would definitely spend your money elsewhere.
