Dr Plotkin gave me a referral for a bone density test. When I went to clinic for test they said they hadn't gotten the referral. I returned to Dr Plotkins office and the "secretaries" there seemed confused and after going into a different room and returning said that it has been sent now. Next day I called clinic for density test and again was told they didn't have referral and to hold online while they called Dr Plotkins office. She returned to me and said she tried three times to contact them about referral but no answer. ... read more
