Avoid this place! I can't believe this practice is open. Do not bring your kids here. My kids experience were terrible. My kids had to get blood drawn. Dr.Khan had no gloves on & proceeded to take blood from all my kids (blood dripped on the floor)& when my oldest was feeling a bit dizzy he offered her powdered sugar with a dirty spoon. (He rinsed the spoon & put it back into its box) Extremely unprofessional! Dr. Rehan Khan is fine, the office, including front desk, is awful. Disorganized and unhelpful. If you make an appointment be prepared to wait hours or be told they have no record of your appointment and the doctor isn’t there. Dr. Rehan is nice enough but failed to get blood from me (a problem I usually have) I however have never had a doctor quit after being unable to draw blood. I have gone here for 2 years and it is always the worst experience. I explained what I was there for to the receptionist, Jessica, who proceeded to get everything wrong and I had to correct her every mistake. She took over an hour just to look at paperwork and I left without getting anything done. Do not come here unless you want to waste hours of your life.
I have been going to this office since 2001 and things have changed. I went with a pulled back and all I needed is a letter for work to excuse a few days because I literally couldn’t walk straight and they went back and forth about providing this for me. I just don’t know where the empathy or compassion is towards patients. Well that will be the end of that time to look for another primary doctor.
