I have gone here for 2 years and it is always the worst experience. I explained what I was there for to the receptionist, Jessica, who proceeded to get everything wrong and I had to correct her every mistake. She took over an hour just to look at paperwork and I left without getting anything done. Do not come here unless you want to waste hours of your life.
I have been going to this office since 2001 and things have changed. I went with a pulled back and all I needed is a letter for work to excuse a few days because I literally couldn’t walk straight and they went back and forth about providing this for me. I just don’t know where the empathy or compassion is towards patients. Well that will be the end of that time to look for another primary doctor.
