I was at this office yesterday and waited almost 4 hours to see Dr. Kafeel. After all that time, the person who finally called me back wasn’t even him. While waiting, I asked the front desk about the wait time, and the young woman working there was extremely disrespectful and had a very nasty attitude. My dear friend was referred to this oncology office several months ago and he has been undergoing treatment. I can say unequivocally that Dr. Muhammed Kafeel is the most exceptional doctor I have ever met—among any of my own physicians or the many others I have taken my precious friend to for other ailments. I took my mother to her appointment . Dr. Kafeel was amazing, as always, and some of his staff were very kind and professional. However, I do want to bring something to your attention. We usually speak with the Spanish girl at the front desk, and she has always been helpful but Unfortunately, she was not at her desk when I went up, which is the only reason I spoke with the other front desk staff member the Muslim women was very disrespectful.
