Had a horrible experience at this location. Started with making an appointment over the phone for my mother. The receptionist was rude she didn't really have good customer service and then when I get to the appointment it was the same Indian girl I spoke to over the phone. I could tell from her voice and her rudeness. She made us wait for a while before she even acknowledged that we were there and had an appointment. Really really bad service when we make a appointment.
Dr Kafeel saved my life I had stage 4 metastatic thyroid cancer and Dr. Kafeel diagnosed it . When you visit him he treats you like family. He is God sent he made all arrangements for me at MSK hospital I'm four years cancer free thanks to you my buddy Dr Kafeel. I refer my nephew to him he had thyroid cancer and Dr Kafeel set up for his surgery everything was done with no chemo or radiation today he is cancer free. Thanks to Dr Kafeel you are one out of a million.
