I saw Dr. Chaudhry in his Rockwall office and was very impressed. He provided information in a straight forward way so I left understanding my current situation, upcoming tests, and possible results. He manner prevented me from feeling any anxiety. I would definately recommed him to anyone.
The doctor is excellent. My concern is with the AI phone service that answers the calls. It makes it difficult to communicate and get assistance. I have also found that some of the staff at the Mesquite, Texas office are not very friendly or welcoming. I don't believe the doctor is aware of these issues, and I wanted to bring them to your attention because they affect the overall patient experience.
