My sister scheduled an appointment for my mother back in September, and after five months of waiting while she was in pain, we received a text message cancelling the appointment—without any explanation or phone call. We later discovered that the office stopped accepting her insurance at the beginning of the year. This information was never communicated to us in advance. I am so disappointed in this office staff. Very unprofessional. My mom had to wait since 09/2025 until January to see the doctor and then on her appt day 01/08/2026 they send a text message saying her appt has been cancelled. I called the office and they had the audacity to say “oh well we stopped working with her health insurance “ will why no one said anything!!!!!!!!!!! I am very disappointed with the whole Corewell health system. From the time Beaumont became corewell I did not get a care that I was given before. Everything is very disorganized, even if you are a patient and have pain they make you wait for months and months. I am so tired of them, so I decided to change my healthcare system and guess what they are making it very difficult to release information!
