This office is terrible and can’t help with anything
I've been going here for the past two years. I was running low on my medication so I called and was told Dr. Azam would refill my medication after a phone visit. Had the call with Dr. Azam and he refused to fill my medication even after I explained I had 4 daily pills left. Then I received the phone visit bill....$285!!! He didn't do anything for me. I will be reporting the incident to both the NJ/PA Medical Boards as well as the NJ Department of Health.
