I am a first time patient, I had my initial appointment and it went well. HOWEVER, after the first appointment.. don't expect to hear back from them regardless how urgent it is. I have called more than 10 times, left 3 voicemails over 3 weeks and nobody has returned my call. Ciara was the original front desk woman that initially helped. It's really a shame. If you can't call your patients back, why keep accepting new ones?
I have been seeing Dr Azam since he became I doctor I guess. He has been very accommodating when I need him, and his staff is very friendly and helpful. He always asks how I am doing, and remembers the problems I have or had in the past and checks if things has changed and if I need anything.
We have been with Dr. Azam for many years. In fact, I remember when he first joined the old medical group. We could not be more pleased with him and his staff. We receive personalized service from all involved. Dr. Azam is very compassionate and thorough and is a good listener. He takes his time with each patient. Recently PA. BEST primary doctor ever!! He listens and asks all the right questions!! AND his staff is even amazing as well!! They love their job and patients and are so helpful!! Dr azam and his staff go above and beyond!! 10 out of 10!!
Great doctor
Dr. Azam really seems to be practicing medicine by remote control. If you try to reach his office by phone, you are greeted by deep quicksand of a voice menu system. You would think that the practice is a large one based on the use of the voice menu system as he does, but it is quite small. His staff seems more concerned about putting in time, rather than patient care. Overall, you get an impression that Dr. Azam is rather disinterested in his practice. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
I have been a patient of Dr Azams for 17 years now. He is absolutely amazing. He has also seen my 2 older kids from the time they were born till now ( they are now 11 and 12) and they refuse to see anyone else. He is extremely knowledgeable and if you happen to trump him (which is very rare) he will actually take the time to research and come up with a plan and then notify you. He truly wants his patients to be well and will do whatever he can to make that possible. I highly recommend him!
