This was my first time boarding my pup and Mugu's was very attentive to my concerns. They answered all of my many questions with a smile, even giving me a quick tour of their facility. When I picked up my dog she looked very well taken care of and was tired from playing with the other pups. Thank you to the staff at Mugu's for taking such good care of my puppy!
Took my dog tiger there to get nails down and he fought with them. So they suggested I leave him for a hour let him settle down and they'd get it done. I was hesitant to leave him because he's a Pitt and I know they have a bad name. But they went over and beyond for him. They got him to play with some of their personal dogs which ment the world to me sent me pictures and got his nails done. I will definitely be back. Thank you guys for letting tiger be a dog
I board my sweet Nala girl which is a big rottweiler here all the time I am never disappointed by the staff or how they treat her. Nala always comes home full of energy and smelling good, she can't keep the smile off of her face every time she goes there. I have never had a problem with Mugus. Thank you Mugus for all y'all do.

Nereida, I apologize for this! We generally never stop a customer from seeing where their dogs will be staying. I will absolutely address this with the staff and find out why this happened. Megan, I completely apologize for this! I don't find this acceptable at all. Please send me an email at mugudog@gmail.com so that I may further resolve this on my end. I believe every dog should be given the best care possible and if that didn't happen I want to fix it. I apologize again and I hope you will email me to at least allow me to narrow down what employees were working and provide you a full refund.
My dogs had a great time staying at Mugus. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my two. Picked them up from boarding and they were happy, healthy, and smelt amazing! It was hard getting them to leave, thank you everyone at Mugus for taking excellent care of my pups. We will see you again soon...
Please take your dog anywhere else. I boarded my dog this past weekend (choosing to ignore the horrible smell of the front office) and when I picked her up, they gave me back 2 out of the 3 bags of food I'd provided. So they only fed my dog once the entire weekend. When I asked the 3 people at the front desk what happened, none of them were able to tell me, one girl couldn't even confirm they had fed my dog this morning.
