I got a personal email when I purchased telling me my parcel would be sent the next day, another when my parcel was sent , parcel arrived in 2 days - I'm in a regional area, so that's amazing !!! And, parcel was so beautifully wrapped ! And my new magnifying glass is so, so beautiful - much lovelier than I could've imagined ! What a fantastic company ! Can't recommend them highly enough !
