New phone system just amazing rang for appointment at 8:01 position in queue was 46 one and half hour waited..
Been on call for more than an hour now from caller number 81 managed to get to caller number 20 and the call cut off 🤦♀️🤦♀️ called again and went to caller number 44. Just awful!! Trying to cancel my appointment as I'm not well. The call just gets cut off soo frustrating when you've been on call for ages, especially annoying when you get to caller number 1 and they cut off 😑
Some staff members are friendly, unfortunately not everyone, not even doctors such as ‘laura’ care so much as to actually check the patient and speak to them with respect.
I have removed myself from this surgery. I really have not had a good experience of this place. It normally takes a lot for me to leave a review. I am only registered here due to my husband being part of this clinic and he referred me when I moved to Bradford. Every time I speak to someone it’s as if they have something better to do or that I shouldn’t have called them. Even after they’ve called me! This is the third time this has happened.
