I had a deeply disappointing experience with Debra. I was enthusiastic to meet after seeing her video on her page where she detailed being compassionate and caring. I went in with a list of clear symptoms, hoping for some guidance or at least a listening ear after struggling for the past decade with an unknown illness. Instead, she didn’t ask about any of my symptoms, and outright discouraged me from pursuing any further treatment or referrals. I left feeling invalidated and completely unheard.
