Poor, as other have said - appointments constantly cancelled (including cancelling 1 minute after your appointment was due!), and no refund issued, poor communication. Avoid!! Also, they send pushy messages with an ‘offer’ to pay for 5 appointments upfront, then when they can’t stick to the appointments refuse to refund you. Since appointments with Emily stopped (who I cannot fault), I think every other one has been cancelled/rearranged. Thankfully there are plenty of better choices around that are grateful for the custom.
