Service absolutely sucks.. we order an appetizer and an hour later they come out and say “oh well your food is ready do you want me to bring your food then bring your appetizer afterwards.” No it’s called an appetizer for a reason. Then we ask for ranch 30 min before anything and they come back 45 min after saying they are out.. then they automatically find ranch in the back. Hmmm sounds strange I don’t know what they got going on but it needs to be fixed or I won’t be back EVER.

I've been to this location a few times. Each time I've been I've had to wait several minutes to be seated. Today was no different.. I waited a few minutes to be seated and about 8 minutes for a server and no one came. While on a lunch break, time is crucial. Needless to say, I had to get up and leave because 15 minutes of my lunch break had already been wasted, and who knows how long I would've waited for a server to come.
Have the burgers changed? I’ve always loved Mugshots; it’s my go-to burger spot, but recently it seemed as if my burger tasted dry and shrunk a good bit. I hope nothing has changed and this was a one time deal.
the 1000 Island burger was one of the best burgers i have ever ate. the waiter was amazing always coming to check to see if we needed drinks or anything else
Burger was over cooked and the cheese wasn’t melted. It tasted like one of those burgers you get at a work cookout.
Today was our first time eating at Mugshots and the food was wonderful and the Server was just as awesome. We will be back!!
Staff was friendly, service was great and food was very good.
