I had my daughter's 7th birthday in the fairy room today (sat morning). Mia (our party host) was very helpful, friendly & organised. She informed me of the plan of events and timings at the start of the party. All the staff were helpful The food (nuggets and chips) were very tasty. The kids were happy with the playground and the party games. The parents even had 2 decent sized tables reserved for seating. We had my daughter's 4th birthday at the weekend. The host was lovely and super helpful. The other staff were so kind too, providing an ice pack for one of our kids. Coffee was great as per usual! The children and parents all had a great time and didn't want to leave. Thanks again for another great party!
I am extremely disappointed with our experience. We attended the pottery studio for the first time and were told to return in around three weeks to collect our clay creations. When we arrived at the three week mark, it took staff over 20 minutes to locate our items as I was unable to amongst all of them. This made sense once they did find the items.
