Terrible Share Registry service. Updated my TFN on my new share holding multiple times but the web site did not change the status. Tried to contact customer service via chat, no response after waiting for long time. So frustrated with their service.

Shouldn't even get a start. No service once so ever.
Extremely disappointed with MUFG's customer service. I’ve been waiting for months with no response to my inquiries. When they do reply (eventually), the process is painfully slow and unhelpful. The lack of basic communication and support is unacceptable. Would not recommend.
Worst customer support. Have tried to call them a few times, each time takes over 1 hour for someone to pick up the call.
