just won't answer phone
They are not helpful. I've emailed them several times, in response all I get is an automatic reply email saying that they will deal with the matter within 5 days, and then after 5 days nothing happens.
What an incredible service, beware of fake 1 star reviews... Sowjanya guided me perfectly through the shares process and was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart! (And yes, this is my 2nd review i just had to leave another one!)
I can't even log in to see whether the service is any good.
