Extremely disappointed with MUFG's customer service. I’ve been waiting for months with no response to my inquiries. When they do reply (eventually), the process is painfully slow and unhelpful. The lack of basic communication and support is unacceptable. Would not recommend.
Worst customer support. Have tried to call them a few times, each time takes over 1 hour for someone to pick up the call.
Sorry excuse for a share registry
Terrible platform. Nil customer service. Was left in a chat room for 30 mins. No info on the platform for several of my shares despite having held them for 4-7 years! Absolutely appalling.
Don't fund the killing of whales in Mexico. Baja California. Please.
