Call the first time to ask about my portfolio and was told two documents will be send to me to help me achieve my goal. Two weeks later, only one document arrives in mail. The second one is nowhere to be found??? Decide to go the web site directly to see if I can get this done myself. The web site is awful! "MUFGs customer service is an absolute disgrace. I have dealt with two seperate team members and their attitude towards their customers is far from professional, I would suggest bordering on downright rudeness. I have been chasing a dividend payment for over 4 weeks now and the first team member gave me the totally wrong information. Be prepared if you need to call customer service that it will not be a pleasant experience."

I would give them zero stars if I could, but you have to give them at least 1 to leave a review. My aunt passed away last year. They made me go round and round and round with various forms, always requiring the same documentation from me repeatedly, then I'd complete it, then suddenly they'd need even more documentation again. Each correspondence was from a different person who you had to reexplain everything to.
