They installed headers on my truck. Switched the 5 & 7 spark plugs on the cap so I was misfiring all the way home, almost got T-boned getting through an intersection. They left a large mallet and a screwdriver in my engine bay. The work took longer than expected, so was more expensive than quoted. If you’re gonna charge $140/hour, I expect you to know how to put spark plugs back on, and to know how long it’s gonna take you. The good reviews for this business are for the old owner.
This place Is under new management, took in my vehicle to get the exhaust work done and was disappointed with work done welding looked like bubble gum exhaust tip facing downwards and got charged $230 for the job to replace 16 inch pipe where resonator was and flapper delete originally wanted new piping from back of muffler out. I called to get it redone and told to bring it in after 1pm on Thursday 10th of July 2025 so I had my family member drive my vehicle 40 miles in town since I couldn't as I have to be at work. There are no sporadic cases here. I drove here from California to do some business. Suddenly, the exhaust pipe broke and it was very noisy while driving. There was a woman at the front desk who I felt was the boss. I asked for a new exhaust pipe like the one on my car. They told me to wait outside for the master to finish. The team at Muffler Pros is great. Took my car in to have an O2 sensor on the exhaust replaced. The sensor was in a very difficult spot to reach and they had it out and replaced in no time. 10/10 would recommend.
