The old owner was awesome mechanic. The new owner is hopeless. Very unprofessional. Dropped my ute for a new clutch install. Should have taken 2 days. Took 5. Did a horrible job due to lack of knowledge and experience I believe. Hand grease marks all over including front seats. I’ve got my ute back with a gridding noise coming from clutch. Its so loud I can’t speak on the phone. Ive been told to prove the noise wasn’t there before and its coming from 4x4 differential and that the underneath of ute was rusted. Don't waste you time. It is under new management and they are hopeless unless you can speak Philipino to the lady on the front desk. Booked my Ford AU in over a week ago and told the front desk that I needed a new tail pipe muffler. Got there first thing and was told that they would first look at the car and that I would have to go back another time to have the muffler fitted. So annoyed by the language difficulty and communication failure that I left!
