My car broke down around Portland and I am so appreciative of Scott at Muffler Man and Ian from AutoZone. My car broke down on a Saturday and Ian let me keep my car at AutoZone till Monday came around. He recommended Muffler Man after diagnosing that my car has a temp gauge issue. I wish I could put a negative star. I've been dealing with them since December about my truck leaking. They happily took my $800 cash "for a discount" and never fixed the leak. After months and months of telling me the tool is on back order. I left over 10 voicemails and never get a return call, then learn on Facebook they sold it back to corporate. 10/10 the worst owners of a shop I have ever seen. If I could give negative starts I would!!!!! I don’t even know where to begin!!! Took my car here back in November with absolutely NO STARTING issues, they determined I had bad timing and quoted the warranty place for a new timing chain… warranty place told them to order and change the engine.
