I was told by a nearby dealership that i needed my brakes replaced (even though they seemed fine to me.) After getting estimates, i took my 2013 Chevy Cruze here. I watched an employee drive it out of the lot as i was being picked up (so i know it was test driven.) Muffler man is "The Man". Excellent service. We thought we had a BIG PROBLEM, but it turned out to be something really simple. They fixed it in a few seconds and told us to have a nice day. So many shops would have made up a problem and charged us for something we didn' t need. Thank you Muffler Man. IyT's good to still find honest people!
The people here are the most kind hearted amazing people I have ever met. I will forever recommend them to any one who needs car repairs! They have helped me tremendously. Absolutely amazing shop.
I took my car to this location to have my bearings done on the front right wheel. A few months later my bearings went up again! I took it in thinking it was the opposite side, nope same side! They tried to charge me! I said it is the same side you repaired less than 10k miles ago! Smiling oh sorry we will not charge you, must have been faulty bearings. Amen brother! You can't run a business like that ! The manager (Jerry) is the rudest person I have ever met ! If he has to do anything it's a big huge deal ! I went in asking a price for brakes and because I didn't have all the answers about the engine in my truck he threw a fit and went outside pointing to the model emblem . While driving from Bay City, MI back to Saginaw, MI, I heard a noise and pulled into Muffler Man after hours. I discovered I had a flat tire on my truck and I attempted to take one bolt off and I had pain in my back and I fell to the ground. Then Michael, a manager at Muffler Man came out and said he would assist me. Michael pulled down the spare tire from my truck, jacked up my rear end, took off the flat tire, put on the spare tire, let the truck down and put my flat tire in the back of my truck. 15 year old Tundra. Well taken care of and 19 yr old mostly drives it. Duals fell off after the Muffler. John's Quality auto recommended Rainbow. They gave me prices to patch it up, or new muffler, hangers as and pipe. Very nice folks, did a good job, and the whole thing cost less than I could buy just the replacement muffler online. I would recommend these nice people.
I will never take my car here for anything ever again. When in there this past Wednesday to have an inspection done see what all needed to be fixed on my car. They quoted me $668 261 inner tie rod one outer tie rod both wheel bearings... they told me my car was completely unsafe to drive. I then decided I was going to take it to George's Auto Repair to see if I can get a better deal there was absolutely nothing wrong with my wheel bearings or my tie rods...
