Ever since it went to new management, it's a great place. They always do free estimate and are friendly and don't try to push you into buying unnecessary parts. I have taken several of my vehicles here and will continue to do so! Ryan is awesome!

Worst service ever, had some work done to my car and still the car had problems after that, but this is not the issue. When I tried to send the car back to the place, the manager was the rudest thing I have ever seen in my life, threatening to call the police for me if i ever call them again at the end. and by the way, the old management was WAY nicer and more professional.

RIP OFF REPORT!! Gave me a false quote on a part that was NOT in NEED OF REPAIR just so they could steal from us and do unnecessary work at inflated costs ! This company has no morals or integrity AT ALL and when confronted with their lies literally LAUGH at you and say, "take me to court". DO NOT EVER EVER take your business there unless you just want to throw your money and vehicle in the trash! Total failure of a business and should be run out of town on a rail!!!

It's pretty good when the company has to write reviews on their own business. I would strongly suggest you NOT do any business with Ionia muffler man. They can't even do a simple oil change without screwing up a customers car. Now we need a new motor after a $15 oil change. Oh and under new management again. Had to give it a star because there isn't anything lower! Had an explorer I took in after purchasing it to have the front end inspected as the person i bought it from said it was all new and i wanted them to check it to make sure it was. They took it apart, tires off and took the hubs apart and said yup looks good to me. Charged me $75 bucks and i went about my way confident in my purchase. I know the old people were shady but we are new. – I first read the first and only review and I have heard some bad stories about previous owners. I hope that all who read these reviews would understand that my family will not work the way of the previous owners. The auto repair is full of these greedy money grubbing shops that give all the honest hard working shops that do great work for a fair price a bad name. I wish it wasn't the shop that I took over and it may take a while to over come that.
