Brought my vehicle in on the day the owner told me to. He then told me he could not get to it for at least a day. Then he proceeded to complain about being short handed. I asked him if it was better if he put me on a list and to call me when my place in line came up, he agreed and proceeded write up a work sheet. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Muffler Man of Brighton. My college-aged kid came home with a car that sounded like a freight train thanks to a completely rusted-out exhaust system—from the flex pipe on back. I was originally quoted nearly $1000 elsewhere, but decided to get a second opinion.
