I called Muffler Man of Brighton hoping for a same-day fix of a broken exhaust flex pipe. Jason (owner) was able to quickly get me in and out for a reasonable price (including a veteran discount). Great customer care with outstanding and professional service! I likely have a new “I have a guy…” in my automotive repertoire. Highly recommend!!
As a woman, going to a car repair shop can often feel incredibly daunting, and I usually brace myself to feel taken advantage of. Today was a completely different story. I was able to get in quickly for an exhaust issue. When I arrived, they brought me into the shop, showed me exactly what was wrong, and explained how they planned to fix it. Less than an hour later, I was back on the road. This was the kind of honest, old-fashioned service that’s hard to find anymore.
