My car clearly had a hole in the exhaust. When taking it in, they took me back to showed me the issue, which I really appreciate seeing what is going on. They gave me a reasonable price and fixed it in about 2 hours (ordering parts and the repair). Then they took me back to show me what they did, which again I really appreciated. I will be taking all exhaust issues to this shop, as well as, consider taking other work to this shop based on my service.
What a great experience. My wifes exhaust had an issue. The first place I looked at was Muffler Man. I called 2 minutes before closing and Jason answered and said he just had a cancelation and bring it in at 8am. I got there at 7:50 and they were open. They pulled it right in and Jason walked me into the shop and showed me the issue (very rare these days). The owner Jasson berry had excellent customer service. They put a Megan racing exhaust on my 2025 Honda Civic and did a great job. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and got everything done quickly without cutting corners. 👍
I just went to them today for a 'leak in my rear exhaust' (quote is from where I had some maintenance done on my car). The owner, Jasson, was so polite, courteous and saved me $1300! I couldn't be happier with the repair - and will be back when I need other work done. They now have a regular customer. I don't post reviews often, only if they are really good or really bad - and I feel so blessed they could fix the exhaust before I needed to travel for the holiday. Thank you!!!!
