Art is great, for almost 8 years now he has saw me through 12 vehicles knowing I have the worst luck with vehicles he gives the best service.
I would say that they have done a good job every single time one of my family members have gone there. Art is amazing at his job and he is the cheapest rate for the work he does in Big Rapids. He does a good job every time and are always satisfactory. The reason for four stars instead of five is the fact that they do not have good parking. While, yes, technically it can be considered wheelchair accessible, they should have better parking, and it's not their fault that they were placed on a bad lot.
