Are you kidding me? Only $40.00 !?!? I started my van this morning and all of a sudden it was loud. I randomly went to Muffler Man of Big Rapids and they couldn't get me in until 3:00. I returned promptly and was in there no more than 20 minutes, paid the tiny $40.00 bill and drove away with a quiet van again. What service! This will be my first choice on future maintenance. Highly recommend!
I absolutely love this place. Great service. Prices are more than reasonable. Honest evaluation of your vehicle. You don't have to worry about any mechanic shining you on about repairs. They will tell you what needs repaired, if it needs repaired, how much it will cost, and the cost is not inflated either. If they find something else they'll be calling you to let you know before doing anything. I had a very upsetting experience at Muffler Man in Big Rapids this morning. I went in with a simple inquiry about services and was met with rudeness and an overall unpleasant attitude from the staff. They made me feel like I was stupid and an inconvenience just for asking questions. I left the shop in tears, feeling completely disrespected and unwelcome. Would highly recommend anywhere else!
Art and his crew are seriously the best! He doesn't charge an arm and leg but still gives certified quality work! I will forever bring my vehicles to them!
