FIVE months ago I had my truck towed to get the timing issue fixed. Told Joel no less than 6 times I had changed out the timing chain and gears yet every time I actually got ahold of him , which was extremely difficult and despite leaving voicemail messages galore, he had amnesia and denied being told numerous times. Truck went to his shop with a brand new battery and it is DEAD. Left the windows open despite the rain storms so now I have mold in the seats and carpet that was New. Great Service, Great Customer Service. I found this business outta necessity and luck as my Wife's Car Tire was on the verge of s blowout due to having two nails in the driver side front tire! The Fine Folks at Muffler Man helped plug the holes and we are thankful for their hospitality! They have earned our business going forward !
