I rarely leave ratings/comments, BUT, Shawn is the most honest person on this planet, I’ve been coming here for 20 years now, and only because of Shawn, thank god for men like him, try to find an honest mechanic or a business owner for that matter, there’s probably a handful of them, and this is one of them!

Had a wiper blade fly off near Muffler Man on Jolly Road in Lansing Michigan. Since it was pouring rain I pulled into Muffler Man and Jason came to the rescue having an extra wiper blade, installed it for no charge! Great customer service and they gained a new customer! In a world of all we here is bad here is something Good!
Second time in a month they have "shotgun" attempted to fix my daughters car and mine. Fixed the wrong thing both times, we both left in the same place we came. Exact quote the gruff old man at the counter: "you do know where you came right?." I guess I got word smithed into thinking what he offered was the solution so of course as a non-mechanic- I trust what they came up with (not what I came in asking for on my own Research, which actual was the solution)- Now I am out an entire repair bill TWICE before being out the actu... read more
